The Eternal Source of Motivation – For God’s Glory

In this video, I share the one motivation that never runs out — doing it for God’s Glory. Most weight loss motivation is temporary. It’s based on how you look, how you feel, or what other people think. That’s why it fades so quickly. But when your deepest reason becomes “I want to glorify God with my body,” everything changes. God created you for His glory. Isaiah 43:7 says: “everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.” This is the eternal fuel. When your motivation is rooted in God’s glory instead of your own, you’re far more likely to stay consistent through the hard days. This video is the perfect lead-in to my new 3-part “Stewardship of Your Body” series. If you’re tired of the yo-yo cycle and you want a motivation that actually lasts, this one is for you. Surrender first. Then pick up your stone.
